“The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come,”
Song of Solomon 2:12 (KJV)
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come. The Song of Solomon celebrates spring as a season of renewal and love. After winter’s long silence, flowers bloom and birds return. It is a reminder that God brings seasons of new life. Magnolias are often among the first to bloom, announcing spring before anything else. If you have been waiting for a season of renewal, listen. The birds may already be singing. God is making all things new.
