“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”
Jeremiah 33:3 (KJV)
Call unto Me, and I will answer. God spoke these words to Jeremiah while the prophet was confined in prison, with the city around him in crisis. Even there, God invited him to call, promising to show him great and mighty things he did not yet know. Prayer is not ringing a bell into an empty room. It is calling out to Someone who listens and answers. The answer may come in ways we do not expect, revealing things we could not have imagined. Whatever you are facing, call. He has promised to answer.
