“For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.”
Psalm 107:9 (KJV)
For He satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness. Psalm 107 tells the stories of people in desperate situations who cried out to God and were rescued. Over and over, He meets their need. There is a hunger in all of us that only God can satisfy. We try to fill it with many things, but they rarely last. The glowing carrot on this card is playful, but the point is serious: true satisfaction comes from Him. Bring your longing to God today. He fills the hungry with good things.
